Local Delivery

Items on our website are available and ready to ship in 1-2 working days. We process & ship orders on Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be processed on the next working day (Mon-Fri).

Flat rate shipping of RM8 to Peninsular Malaysia and RM35 up to 2kg to Sabah & Sarawak.

Free Shipping within Peninsular Malaysia with a minimum order of RM200. apply coupon code ” local ” during checkout.

Orders are shipped via Setel Express, Poslaju & Teleport unless otherwise stated. Kindly leave us a note on the checkout page to request your preferred courier. Once your order is shipped, you will be receiving a tracking link via text or email.

International Shipping

The delivery charges will be shown upon checkout once details have been filled in. Rates may change depending on the courier company. If the delivery charges are shown RM0.00, Please email us at admin@5luxescents.com for details, we will assist you. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once the order has been processed.

Shipping rates are calculated by weight & delivery destination. International customs duty is determined by the receiving country and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay. 5Luxe Scents Co. has no control over the fees imposed regarding all taxes, duties, and customs fees.

How long will it take to get my order?

West Malaysia – 3 – 5 working days
East Malaysia – 7 – 12 working days
Singapore – 4 – 14 working days

The estimated international duration is from 7 to 30 working days, depending on the courier.

Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.

Note: Once a package is shipped, the tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we’d like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We are currently unable to replace missing or stolen packages.

Can I request for self pick up (Curbside Pickup)?

Yes, you can! There’s a ‘self-pickup’ option before payment is made on the checkout page. Kindly give us at least 24hrs to prepare your items and we will contact you once your item is ready.

My item arrive damaged.

If your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We will ask you to send photos of the package and damaged items. These photos will be required for us to file a claim with the courier. Please do not throw out the damaged packaging or items until we have confirmed. Kindly refer to the terms & conditions page for the guideline.
