Shipping

Items on our website are available and ready to ship in 1-2 working days. We process & ship orders on Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be processed on the next working day (Mon-Fri).

Flat rate shipping of RM8 to Peninsular Malaysia and RM35 up to 2kg to Sabah & Sarawak.

Free Shipping within Peninsular Malaysia with a minimum order of RM200. apply coupon code ” local ” during checkout.

Orders are shipped via Setel Express, Poslaju & Teleport unless otherwise stated. Once your order is shipped, you will be receiving a tracking link via text or email.

If you need your order expedited, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can discuss alternative shipping options.

If your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We will ask you to send photos of the package and damaged items. These photos will be required for us to file a claim with the courier. Please do not throw out the damaged packaging or items until we have confirmed. Kindly refer to the terms & conditions page for the guideline.

International Shipping

We are offering international shipping. Kindly email us at admin@5luxescents.com for further information and arrangement.

Shipping rates are calculated by weight & delivery destination. International customs duty is determined by the receiving country and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay. 5Luxe Scents Co. has no control over the fees imposed regarding all taxes, duties, and customs fees.

How long will it take to get my order?

Once picked up and scanned in by our courier, domestic orders shipped within peninsular Malaysia may take 1 – 4 working days to arrive, depending on location. For Sabah & Sarawak, may take 5 – 14 working days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.

Note: Once a package is shipped, the tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we’d like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We are currently unable to replace missing or stolen packages.
